Dr Ross Head

Innovation Centre Manager

Ross completed his doctoral studies before becoming a lecturer in Product Design at University of Wales Trinity St. David. He is also one of the original members of the CIC team contributing to set up the unit as it is today. Ross now focuses all his time on CIC and when not at work he is a keen surfer and kite surfer who has a passion for developing and making his own kite surf boards.

Gerallt Devonald

Product Designer

Gerallt joined the team at the Cerebra Innovation Centre in 2011 after graduating from the School of Art and Design in Cardiff.

Gerallt takes great pride in being able to use his skills as a product designer to create innovative solutions that enable children with challenging neurological conditions to live a more included, fulfilled and enjoyable life.

Gerallt is keen amateur photographer with an interest in landscape, wildlife and macro photography. In his spare time he enjoys exploring the Pembrokeshire coast or hiking in locations including Snowdonia and the Scottish Highlands. His passion for the outdoors has been nurtured through working as a volunteer leader for The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.
