The Relay Your Way journey came to an end at the Parallel Windsor Festival of Inclusivity on Sunday 6th July.
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the last few stages, and the final 200m across the finish line on the Windsor Long Walk. Including, eight-year-old twins, Aleisha and Larissa, who carried the baton for the final stretch, joined by Alfie and George. The Cerebra Innovation Centre has supported all these incredible young people and we were honoured they could join us in Windsor!
Liang, mum of Aleisha and Larissa said:
"So many things they can’t do like other children… so it’s important to show them they can still take part and excel.”
Debbie, mum of Alfie and George said:
“Just those little things make a massive difference to both the boys being able to be included.”
Their presence at the finale reminded us exactly why Relay Your Way exists - to make inclusion possible, joyful and real.

Highlights from an unforgettable journey
Over 33 days, we ran, wheeled, walked, cycled, paddled, surfed and danced our way from Glasgow to Windsor - covering 2,537km with the help of over 15,000 people! We visited more than 40 SEN schools, sparked dozens of ‘My Way Moments’, featured in media across the UK, and kept one iconic baton moving every step of the way.
Thanks to the incredible fundraising efforts and generosity of so many people, we've managed to raise over £60,000!
To everyone who’s taken part, carried the baton, cheered from the sidelines, or donated - thank you. Your energy and generosity have helped us raise awareness, bring joy, and fund life-changing services for children with neurological conditions.
