If you would like to ask for support from the Project, please read our Guidelines first and then complete the form below.

Due to a large number of referrals to the team there is currently a three-week waiting list. You will receive an acknowledgement of your form and one of the team will be in contact in due course.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide support with school or educational issues – please refer to our Parent Guides on Education in England and Wales for details of other organisations which may be able to help.

We understand that your situation may be complicated, but a summary will help us to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
