This guide is for parents of children with special educational needs and parents of disabled children in England who want to know how to get help for their child at school.

We also publish a guide to education in Wales.

Further information on the transition from statements and Learning Difficulties Assessments (LDAs) to Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, can be found on the IPSEA website.
