We’re looking for a consultant to help us develop a sustainable scale-up plan for our family support services

We’re seeking an expert consultant to work with our team to develop a clearly researched and viable strategy for the scaling-up of two of Cerebra’s family support services.

We have ambitious plans to double our impact and our income by the end of 2027, ensuring we can reach more families directly through our family support services, and extending our wider impact through providing new knowledge and skills to professionals working with neuro-diverse children.

To achieve this, we’re looking to develop well-researched, ready to implement scale-up plans for our key services. This year we’re focusing on our sleep service, including our professional sleep training courses, and our innovation and product design service. Both of these services have high potential to scale with consistent demand and waiting lists for support, and a number of established and potential partners.

We’re interested in exploring potential delivery partnerships with the public, private and charitable sectors, and are open to new operating models that help us to support this growth. If you have a proven track record in developing and implementing scale-up strategies for service-based organisations, preferably in the non-profit or health and social care sectors, then we want to hear from you.

The successful consultant will be required to:

  • Undertake market research to understand our current and potential future users for our sleep advice, professional sleep training and innovation and product design services, defining their specific needs and access requirements.
  • Develop a compelling business model for the future of each service.
  • Produce a clear implementation plan with transition pathway and measurable KPIs to support the scaling-journey for each of the services.
  • Produce an evidenced financing strategy for each service, demonstrating a sustainable funding model that aligns with our principles and values.
  • Undertake initial scoping/development of new service partnerships to support the delivery of each service.

If you’re interested, or know someone who could help us with this project, please read and share this Scope of Work document outlining all the relevant details including project objectives, deliverables and timeline, and consultant specification.

Enquiries and applications should be emailed to Sandi Llewellyn: [email protected], by Monday 14th July.
