I wish the the public service had adhered to their statutory and lawful responsibilities, improved their failing and inadequate services and listened.
I would like to see a robust complaints procedure to understand what’s going wrong and independent advocacy along with mediation to remedy.
There must be greater awareness. Support and understanding is much needed. Its quite simply wrong to treat parents in such a way.
