If the CIC team are able to help you with the design and construction of a prototype product we would like to make you aware that the product will be on long term loan to you, but ultimately remains the property of Cerebra and we would be happy to help you return or dispose of the product when it is no longer of use to you. We must also note that any and all resultant intellectual property relating to the product designed will belong to Cerebra unless specific terms have been discussed and agreed in writing prior to commencement of work.
