10k Steps a Day in May

This May we’re challenging you to take 10,000 steps every day to raise vital funds for children with brain conditions.

Walk, run, hop, skip or jump your way to 10,000 steps a day throughout the month of May and help children living with a brain condition and their families discover a better life together.

The challenge starts on Wednesday 1st May so make sure you register before then. It’s absolutely free and we’ll even send you your very own Cerebra t-shirt! And, if you raise over £150, we'll send you a Cerebra medal to show everyone what a #CerebraSuperhero you are! 💪🏅

Taking part is super easy - just go to Facebook to join our 10k Steps a Day in May group, then create your own Facebook fundraiser in just a few clicks. You’ll be able to share updates and see how your fellow steppers are getting on.

Make sure you tell all your Facebook friends about the awesome fundraising challenge you’re doing to help children living with brain conditions and their families.

Then on 1st May, start getting your steps in!
By participating in this challenge, you are agreeing that you have the level of fitness required to take on the challenge safely and do so at your own risk.

No, it's completely free to register and take part in the challenge.

We'll send out your t-shirt once you receive your first donation on your Facebook fundraising page.

You can track your steps using a fitness tracker like a Fitbit, a smart watch, phone or other device.

Apple Health is included as standard on iPhones and Google Fit comes as standard on some Android phones but you can also download it.

Once you join our Facebook group you'll be able to create your own Facebook Fundraiser with just a few clicks, then share the link with your friends and family.

Sorry, we're running this challenge entirely on Facebook.

If you'd like to create your own challenge we'd be more than happy to help you. You can request a fundraising pack here, which has lots of ideas for challenges you can take on and advice on setting up an online fundraising page.
