10k Steps a Day in May

This May we’re challenging you to take 10,000 steps every day to raise vital funds for children with brain conditions.

Walk, run, hop, skip or jump your way to 10,000 steps a day throughout the month of May and help children living with a brain condition and their families discover a better life together.

The challenge starts on Wednesday 1st May so make sure you register before then. It’s absolutely free and we’ll even send you your very own Cerebra t-shirt! And, if you raise over £150, we'll send you a Cerebra medal to show everyone what a #CerebraSuperhero you are! 💪🏅

Taking part is super easy - just go to Facebook to join our 10k Steps a Day in May group, then create your own Facebook fundraiser in just a few clicks. You’ll be able to share updates and see how your fellow steppers are getting on.

Make sure you tell all your Facebook friends about the awesome fundraising challenge you’re doing to help children living with brain conditions and their families.

Then on 1st May, start getting your steps in!
