Walk, run, swim, hop, skip or jump your way to 10k steps a day throughout the month of May and help children living with a brain condition and their families to discover a better life together.

The challenge starts on Sunday 1st May so please do register before then. It’s absolutely free to take part and we’ll even send you your very own Cerebra t-shirt!

We’re running this challenge on Facebook and it’s easy to take part. Simply join our ‘10k a day in May’ Facebook group and once you’re in you can register for your free t-shirt and set up your Facebook Fundraiser with just a couple of clicks. You’ll also be able to share exciting updates and see how your fellow steppers are getting on!

Then, tell all your Facebook friends what a wonderful thing you’re doing for children and their families all across the country and, when 1st May lands, start stepping!!
