Jayben books1

I have just been on an adventure with Jayben. Where do people go when they have a seizure? Jayben goes into a magical world of talking pets, free-dreams and ribbons for money.

He finds himself in the ancient world of The Dreamers, although he is an earth world boy he is also the prophesised 9th Dreamer, destined to carry the Golden Torch and to search for the Chordian Guard.

Guided through this unfamiliar world by his new friends and new family Jayben has many adventures in a world where Agents lurk trying to intercept him before the 5th sundown and his seizures happen at the most inconvenient moments. An incredible, immersive fantasy series inspired by the author’s unique personal experience of memory-loss.

Jayben and The Golden Torch’ and the sequel ‘Jayben and The Star Glass’ are available to borrow free in the library.

Reading age 8-11 years.
