Survey

Autistica are looking for 200 companies who want to review their neurodiversity inclusion practices. You may already be actively championing neuroinclusive working practices. Or you may be interested in doing so but do not necessarily know where to start. Participating companies will be asked to provide metrics regarding their workforce, such as how many employees they have, and how many have disclosed a neurodivergent condition. Companies will also be asked to indicate what practices, policies and programmes they have in place to support neurodivergent employees, via a series of multiple-choice questions. In doing so, companies will be able to assess where they are supporting their employees well. They will also be able to see where they could make practical changes to be even more supportive and neuroinclusive as an employer. All data will be collected and managed confidentially by Autistica’s experienced research team, which includes 5 PhD level researchers.

This initiative will start on 1st October 2023, and will run till 5th November 2023. To participate, you will need to register your interest with the Autistica research team, with a named contact person at your organisation.

To register your interest to take part, you can do so by providing a contact name, email and address via the following LINK. For further information, you can contact the project lead, Dr Michelle Newman, via email at [email protected].
