We recently launched our new campaign where we’re asking you to Step Up for Cerebra.
As part of the challenge, we’re asking all you superheroes to walk, run, hop or skip your way to 400,000 steps in 40 days – that’s 10,000 steps a day for the 40 day course of the challenge.
Sounds difficult? Well we’ve got some great tips that will turn you into a savvy stepper in no time!
1. Keep moving!
Within reason of course! When you’re working and need to take a break from your screen, take a short stroll, whether it be to the kitchen for a cuppa or outside for a breath of fresh air.
2. Walk and talk
Movement can help stimulate creativity so get moving while talking to your friends/ colleagues.
3. Dust off those trainers
Jogging is a great form of exercise – weather depending of course!
4. Make your home your gym
Your garden or even your stairs can help you build up those steps!
5. Head to the park
Make exercise fun by taking the dog for a walk or playing with your kids.
6. Take a hike!
An evening or a weekend stroll is a great way to spend time with the family or even help you to unwind.
