NHS Continuing Health Care and Law (England and Wales)

Professor Luke Clements discusses the responsibilities of the NHS for Continuing Health Care funding – that is when the NHS must fund both health and social care needs of a person (age 18 and over). This talk covers adults, but the framework for children is somewhat similar.

This lecture was delivered as part of the Social Care Law Lecture Series at Cardiff Law School.
